i always do this, wish others would be as nice

but be careful, sometimes cops like to wait both directions and my friend got pulled over one time for flashing his high beams...i guess not all good deeds go unpunished

Ditto for me - I have a similar story. But I still flash my high beams if I see a speed trap for opposite traffic. (although, I don't know if anyone can see my high beams after I replaced them with LEDs... )

I do this all the time too. My g/f had no idea what it meant... I thought everyone knew this signal.. guess not.

What did the cop do for flashing the lights? Some sort of ticket? Seems easy to fight in court.
