Please do not follow this man's suggestion. Replacing the fuse with a higher AMP variant defeats the entire purpose of having a fuse in the first place. Remember, fuses are there to help prevent dangerous electrical fires and other damage. Find the source of the problem. A harness would likely solve the problem, since the ballasts would then draw power directly from the battery, bypassing the stock wiring (and fuse).

That said, many people run HID kits without relay harnesses with no problem

So, you broke your foglight from modifying it then put it back to stock and told the dealer you dont know what happened. So they fixed it for you under warranty but then it broke again... nice
