My g/f has seen a couple ISs out and about with roof spoilers and wants one. What options do we have out there?

brands like Lexon and JUN are probably the most common, it depends which one you like more, the Lexon sticks up more and the JUN is little more conservative.

Yeah the ebay one comes painted and everything and it's about $160 or so.
