Some Drilling Required
I've owned three cars with low profile tires and alloy wheels. Either learn to give curbs and those nasty concret wheel stops on parking lots some room or try these
Seriously, careful use of the right side mirror works. I feel your pain.
On the cheap I've had good luck with using a sharp chisel to scrape down some the the ridges and some fine abrasive to clean up the small scratches. Touch up paint that is close is usually not too noticable on wheels (under the brake dust and splatter).

Are you seriou, you adjust your mirrors every single time you parallel park your car? That's a bit excessive don't you think? But then I guess it matters on how often you parallel park you car.
