No way.
But my theory is the mods should be done carefully and selectively.
In California wheels/tires/suspension mods are rarely the problem, but extra dark tint, smoked lights, missing front plates, real loud exhaust stand out to law enforcement types with nothing better to do.

get any cop on the forums, or friends or any cop thats cool enough for you take the ticket and throw it back at thier face without paying a dime...
plus you get to keep your current set-up and save you $$

I swear this works!! load up the windows with soapy water stick a black trashbag to it, sit it in the sun for about an hour. Then you peel the trashbag off slowly and everything comes off. No glue residue, nothing!!
