Default HID fogs and LED drl

So i took on the fog and drl install yesterday after work, i started approximately at 6:15 and it took me 3.5 hours to get everything back on. the bumper is ridiculous to try and put back on at night -____-. The drl's only turn on when I hi-beam it and it turns off my fogs.

I was going to put in my 8k's for my headlights as well but i have d4s bulbs currently in and the plug was way too complicated for my limited electrical knowledge to tinker with. Anyone in socal with electrical experience want to help

Sorry for such shifty pictures, my camera is at my parents house buried under the massive amount of crap I've yet to move to my place.

and this is with the LED drl's on, it just makes my headlights even brighter

Wait, how would a H11 bulb fit into a socket for the factory D4S?

Retrofit the halogen projector to fit the H11 kit? Not worth it at all. It'll cost more than just buying new set of D4S bulbs and look worse. I would buy a good set of bulbs like the Garax or from one of our vendors on here.
