The 2010 IS250AWD for some reason feels alot quicker and i mean alot it pushes me back in my seat feels almost rear wheel drive. sound alot nicer the exhaust sound beautiful when i hit the gas. The new nav is so much nicer i guess its a Gen 5 it tells you what exits you have to pass before you take yours. the handling is alot more firm and tight. O and one big thing the one it lets you use the paddles to shift in D mode and it actually shifted gears not just tell the engine how many gears to use.

But i still dont get the big performance and sound upgrade from my 06 if my 06 IS250AWD could do that i would not feel the need for a 350. did they change something in the engine or the transmission. Please tell me if you knw im dying here

 

its probably the same old is250 awd with all the fsport goodies on it. if its not i dont know wat to say but how did u get to test drive a 2010. i didn't think they would hit the market until late fall or early winter.

I don't think so. I didn't see any at the dealership last week when I was there. But then again, I didn't ask to see one.

I checked no f-Sport parts its 09 nvm i thought it was 2010 for some reason. but still y so much performance then the 06 and wat gen nav do we have if the 09 has gen5 cuz mine dosen't show the split screen mode where it alerts you 3 exit ahead and list all the exit you are going to pass before yours will come i cant search POI by phone number. The exhaust sounds like a f sport exhaust but the dealer confirmed its not. the service guy was shocked to see that the car allows you to use the paddles to shift while in D and that it actually works no just act as a gear limiter.

 

i have a 06 IS 350, it does the split screen

YES 2009 you can use the paddle shifter without going into D and no it still acts as a top gear limiter

 

i know the 06 does the split screen but the 09 shows a list of exits before your not just a picture of the exit and a arrow pointing in the direction you have to go.

 

mine does that and i have an 07. it lists the exits you have before you hit yours and the distance before you actually pass them

 

I have ordered a 2010 IS350 and the dealer has confirmed that it will be coming 3rd or 4th week of Sept

 

Errrr im like 90% sure that there has been no changes in the 250 motor since 06'
