I have a Blackberry Curve 8330 (Sprint) and 2009 IS250 (nav, no ML)
I have successfully paired it. I have successfully transferred phone book and all that good stuff. It works as advertised for my hands free use. However, when I turn off the car. I'd say more often than not, my Blackberry is unusable more often than not for a few minutes. I hit all the buttons and it is unresponsive (screen remains black). If the LED indicates I have a new notification, that continues to blink. It eventually unfreezes itself.
Anyone experience the same, and is there a workaround?
Thanks

Never had this problem before. I have a BB Curve from At&t.
However, I have had same issue as other members when it takes about a minute or so for the BB to disconnect from the hands free. Other than that, everything has worked well.
I would suggest maybe deleting the phone from the car's memory and re-synching it again. Hope it works out for you. Good luck.

Are you on Blackberry OS 4.5 (must use IE for site to work)? I upgraded the wife's 8330 Curve and it does not have these issues at all. My 8900 on OS 4.6 does not have these issues either.
