i just got it yesterday from kearny mesa lexus

smoky granite exterior, black interior, no navi, only premium package, pretty much bare bones

i'm happy to finally get a car with mileage close to 30mpg. perfect for my commute plus this was the only lexus to let me get the $4500 government CARS thing. C300 doesn't qualify apparently.

quick question, why does the is250 shift so slow? I was playing with the shift paddles while on backroads and the car kept not loving me back.

also, what's the point of that little left arrow on/off right arrow thing under the interior light adjuster on the left side of the steering wheel? I was playing with it and it doesn't really do anything to be honest. I was just like, huh?

I told you i'd be annoying, i love to pick at little things.

Yea paddle shifters are so effin slow. You click it and it's like hmmm, ok I think I will go ahead and shift.... mmm..... now.

i'm glad i'm not the only one that thinks that way because it really is a slow shift. I love the car tho. I got 29 mpg today on my commute. Freaking bow chicka bow bow...

Yup I tried out the paddle shifters on my IS350 like twice and was like eff this, I'll just drive it auto. Luckily the paddle shifters on the IS-F respond quickly, so it's much more fun!

it's being serviced, the rear right window goes down sporadically. It's been at the dealership for over 3 weeks.
