Damn Lexus Mats! I had them for two years and they holes finally appear. I'm switching to weathertech. Screw those cheap Lexus mats. What a waste.

I will be very disappointed if the all weather mats develop holes in them. I bought them thinking that they would last the life of the car.

the Weathertech mats are very nice, at least the front seat mats... the rear mats aren't custom fit, they are kind of generic sized ones that you trim to fit whatever car so they don't fit as well but they're ok.

an update: so my gf went to visit toronto and i had her pick up a set of canadian all-weather mats and drag it back to the states for me. the canadian mats are a very soft rubber... like a shock absorbing, squishy type of rubber. i hope these hold up longer than the US version and my gf can stop complaining about her heels getting stuck in the grooves of the US version. final price was about $130 USD. here are some pics:

side by side comparison between canadian and US version.

the holes after a little over 1 year of use...

driver side

passenger side is a little shorter than the US version. you can see the indentation in the carpet from the US version.

I suspect if my mats develop holes in them I will just put duct tape on the underside of them to keep them together.

if it rains, water will seep thru the hole and the duct tape. on my old mats with the hole, i put a clear plastic mat underneath the hole area.

Good job on the CAD mats...

Your USDM OEM All Weather mats come with a warranty....
Check to see if they still fall under warranty. There is no reason they shouldn't last longer than 1 year..

My driver side developed a hole after a year of use. Dealer switched it for a new one. The rubber is very soft and gets a hole easily.
