Default Steering Problems, Please Help!

My 06 350's steering is feeling real loose and mushy all of a sudden. Yesterday, I was driving through an unfamiliar suburban neighborhood street. Unbeknownst to me, the street had one of those elevated concrete thingys I guess placed there as a safety measure to cause drivers to slow down in residential neighborhoods.

Long story short, I went over 2 of them pretty fast. Ever since, my car's steering feels real loose and unresponsive. I recently had the steering TSB performed on the car, which tightened the steering, but now it feels loose. I have FSport springs with stock shocks as well.

I took my car to NTB for an alignment check, and it is in perfect spec and they checked the shocks, and they look fine.

Anybody have any idea what could have been affected? Could it be the rack & pinion? Could something be loose and just needs to be tightened? It just feels like there is more play in the steering and it feels really loose.

I appreciate any help you may have.

Thank-you.

Sounds like something got damaged, but without being able to see the car there's no telling what it is. Lots of might could be, but I'd have it inspected by someone who knows how the car should feel.
