Default Focal 165-k2p and jl slash amp 300/4

I have an is350 and I was wondering if you guys thing the jl slash amp 300/4 would be powerful enough to power the focal 165-k2p speakers. I plan on putting them in both the front and the back. I was going to get the audio control lc6 so I can use my stock head unit. what do you guys think? would it be powerful enough? would it sound good?

I thought I was gonna do some crazy power to my door speakers when I hook them up. But after having this W7 hooked up to my stock stuff I think a 75x4 amp would be plenty.

would it sound considerably better than the stock speaker setup w/o ml? what I'm going for in music is clarity and being able to turn it up louder than what I have been able to...

Hell yea! Stock is only around 25 x 4 I believe, so of course 75 x 4 would be a nice upgrade.

The Focals will be more clear than the ML itself-just not as loud. I would go for a nice 3-way component set just in the front. Surround sound is over-rated =)
