I always check my car before I leave the dealership. I remember on my previous car the person who washed my car scraped my door. I told the manager and he gave me a new door paint job..

Damn, you should check out Longo Lexus or Lexus of Westminster. I've gone to Longo and have had nothing but excellent service. Allbeit, a bit pricey, but the peace of mind if priceless..

I was going to contact corp when Lexus roadside had their tow service not come get me at 3 AM, so I slept in my car in Downtown LA in a grocery parking lot from 3-8 AM...but never got around to it.

I thought dealers were suppose to be kind to our cars but sadly I had the same issue in colorado. Came back after having the recalls done notice swirl marks and scratches on my rear bumper, and the engine shield holder with the phillip head was torn away because they didn't want to take the time to unscrew it...not sure if they would do anything since I didn't "notice" it at the dealership.

Sorry to hear that, that totally sucks. You can use that they didn't note the bumper damage prior to service against them. That's the whole purpose of taking notes of of dings and dents, so they won't be liable for it, so they have to be liable for that bumper damage.
In regards to brake rotors, you should have them give you measurements of the brake rotors on your car, and when the measurement it needs to be replaced at so it can be your call.
