What's an engine schematic? What do you want to see?

I wish. How about I ran over a rock, it kicked up, and just caught the corner of the steel oil pan, put a real small hole in the corner of the pan, and about a 1" chunk of aluminum that it bolts to broke off. So I basically need that piece...
Does anyone know how hard it is to put this thing on an AWD or how much it cost?
This sucks!

I did today. I was wondering if I could get to it from under the car without having to pull the engine.

I'm looking at the diagram and I'm still thinking I can do it myself...The part is only like $160...and the way it's shaped makes me think it will slide out once unbolted.

...OK change of plans...I just talked to a guy that works on these things he said the book time shows 21 hrs. and he thinks the engine needs to come out...F that! He said it's a big job. Now my question is what does a dealer get an hour ?

I know what you mean about it appearing to be possible. I thought the same thing with my Supra when the rear of the upper pan was leaking. I ended up putting a support bar across the shock towers, raising the engine up with the support bar off the front subframe, then I still had to lower the subframe as far as I could without completely removing it just to get the upper pan out.
I'm not at all surprised the dealer quoted 21 hours and pulling the engine to get it done. I guarantee if you do it the same way I did mine, you'll be kicking yourself at the end of the job for not pulling the engine. Just my experience.
