It can go either way. Baller status if you get it painted, or get it like, SGM clear so that it will look SGM from afar, and then CF from up close. I was thinking of doing that if I got a CF hood or trunk, but it would just be more for show than for performance because most performance driving I do is just the canyons.

DO NOT GET CF ON A LEXUS!

It will cheapen your car SO much!

If you have other CF parts to compliment like a lip, then it can look really good IMO

well i'm not planning on selling the car ever so resale value shouldn't be a problem.

LOL ROB...you might as well have an entire cf car :P

hmmm jeff that sounds kind of interesting getting it sgm clear...is that expensive to do though?? i don't think i'd actually paint it sgm since what's the point in getting a cf hood if no one knows you have one LOL...that's just my thoughts on that though.

I was talking to my friend, doing front lip, hood, trunk, and roof spoiler should be in the ball park of $300-500? Never got a quote though so wouldn't know forsure.

well the only cf hood available is Vis and Seibon...no disrespect to rob or ne one else rockin them but i wish higher quality companies would have produced some like APR..then i would definately rock it and the quality/value would indeed RISE!!!!

No offense to anyone here with a CF hood but I think it looks puke.

Stock car with CF hood = no good, but like stated above, if you have something to compliment it, I'd think it'd look great!
