I totally agree with Koz. The backup camera is wonderful, and completely eliminates the need for backup sensors. One thing that nobody has mentioned is that in snowy weather the sensors can get covered with snow and ice, causing false alarms. Even heavy falling snow can set them off. Fortunately they can be turned off in that situation.

The side view mirrors on the IS are more than adequate if they are adjusted correctly. By the way, if you can see the side of your own car in the side view mirrors, you DO NOT have them adjusted correctly. I'm amazed at the number of people who drive around with huge blind spots because they never learned the correct way to adjust their sideview mirrors.
