Default Question on removing top engine cover

Just purchased a 2009 Lexus IS250 and have a question, how do you remove the plastic cover on top of the engine, I'm familiar with removing the side covers with the rivit type fasteners . Does it snap on and off or do you have to slide it a certain direction to remove. I know this sounds basic but I am trying to avoid doing any damage to it. Thanks for your reply
