Doesn't look to me like its even worth the cost of shipping. There's major roads in my county that have been open for 2 years and this update doesn't even touch them.

You and me both, buddy. Guess I'll have to man-up and do the Nav hack...

I have the version 8 DVD and I noticed that the auto circulate now stays on the auto mode even after I turn off my car and then start it up again. Before it didn't and I've read some past posts that other members had this same issue before the version 8 DVD was released. This might only affect '06 models but not sure.

FYI, all. Just got a note from Sewell saying that the 9.1 Nav DVDs were delayed from the manufacturer so the new estimated shipping date is mid-September if you have a pre-order in.

You can't do the override on any version newer than 5.1. But on versions 7.1 and newer you don't have to press the "I agree" button every time you start the car.

I got the same message at about 8am today. Then about 3pm I got another email saying the order has shipped. Since the only thing I ordered was the DVD, I am assuming it is now on its way.

When I ordered I didn't know about the NAV09 promo code ($25 off). I called Sewell and asked if they could apply it retroactively. Like a good Lexus dealership..they said 'Yes'. WTG Sewell!

Tracking number info says it will take a week to get here (WA) from TX via FedEx...Jeez...stick the thing in the mail and its here in 3 days.

I'm still on the semi-original (replaced to fix the wander issue) DVD for my 06. Its worth the $200 to get rid of the "I agree" issue.

I read the release notes for IL and they made no mention of the I355 extension between I55 & I80. That road was opened 11/2007 and it's not on my 8.1

Can someone confirm if 9.1 has I355 extending south past I55 and connecting it to I80?

When you say gone, you mean there is still that 5 second delay?

Damn my 08' has Disc 7.1.. I wonder if this is worth upgrading??
Can you do the rebate and the promo code? If so it might be a good deal, especially if could find a private buyer for your old disc.
