Every other month. I have a compressor in my garage so I can avoid the junky pumps at gas stations.

i check it at least once a month.. As for air loss honestly its not much maybe 2-4 pounds if that.

I run my rears at 21 psi and the fronts at 38 everyone always thinks I have flat tires and I check whenever I race or wind up at a track

haha, i never check... just fill up when the "low tire" sign is on...
lazy me, i know....
my other car without the TMPS, i check it once in a while.... +/- month

I'm more conscience of seasonal changes like some have mentioned above with our cars that have TPMS. Cars without it, like my SC, I usually check monthly.
