It happened to me some time back. I was out in the car messing around with the car and my cell and got it going again. Go out there and just try....

 

i'm going through this right now! i have a bb tour from verizon and the same situation the op went through is happening. i spoke to lexus and verizon about this today. verizon stated that on the bb website only certain bb smartphones are 100% compitable with lexus vechicles. they also said the tour is not compitable with the IS250/350. lexus checked out the nav and said everything was ok. some young service writer came over and said he has a list of 8 people that have had the same issue over the past month.

can anybody verify this for me?

i have a tour and had the same thing happen a couple times. i just disconnected and reconnected to bluetooth connection and its been fine. Knock on wood.

 

I have had my BB tour Verizon and it has worked for 6 months... Just recently it is having the same problem as metioned above!!! This is irritating .... I'm wondering if its a software update to the Tour that caused it?

UPDATE.... I took the battery out of my BB and it did a "Reset". That seemed to cure the problem...
