Default Mi opinion

My first OWN car was a 1989 toyota MR2 in 1999 .
i sold it and bought a 2001 nissan frontier crew cab in 2002
i missed my MR2 so much and i decided to buy a sport car again.

my options 2 year ago by that way I"m 30 right now

-Mitsubishi evo = Immature kid car didn't fit me
-audi = no sporty enought
-Mercedes 300 = everyone think it's for old people
-G35 infiniti =i wanted but was replaced for an ugly G37 (i hate the rear shape)
-BMW 1 series = to small and pricey
-BMW 3 series = yes, yes, yes but second option
-Lexus IS250 with everything you want NAV,Hid,18's,spoiler,etc + sporty + reliable+ S H I T i love the exterior

I said it once and I'll say it again...below is what inspired me to buy an IS.

is that chrome at the bottom like a GS and LS? if so how did you get that do the newer models come with chrome under the door?

reliability of the lexus name. want something i can drive until the wheels fall off.

although i bought my car last thursday, and already have to take it to the dealer. leaving small puddles of oil under the engine compartment. thankfully im still on the right side of 50k miles.

When the 2IS came out in late '05 as an '06 MY, it's engine outperformed every one of it's competitors. Not only did it have just about every feature you'd want standard (leather seats, auto-dim mirror w/ homelink, 6 disc CD changer, heated exterior mirrors, superb OEM audio system), but it's design was a few years ahead of it's time.

To top it all off, it was by far the best value (and still is).

I always liked the 2IS but never thought about buying one until I got rid of my 335, which also saved me so much more money.

I have always wanted a hard top convertible and thought about the SC430 but it was too impractical and a bit out of my range. Almost went with the BMW, but had problems with the electronics of of my 325i years ago so don't really trust them anymore. My wife's RX350 and then 400h really impressed me. When the IS350C came out, it was perfect. Just practical enough with the perfect blend of performance with luxury! Lovin it! With the F-Sport wheels and suspension, I never have to worry about missing the fun I had in the 325.
