Default Registration???

Hey everyone, i was just wondering, if you guys don't mind, how much are you paying for your registration? I just renewed my 08 IS this month and it was $489!!! Damn, is it just me or did DMV raise registration costs? Does Lexus really cost that much to own? I guess for it being a luxury car it would cost more but I just wanted to know. This is my first Lexus so I have no idea.

If it costs 489 in WA...... I'm already expecting to pay 550+ for my registration this year.

His is probably cheaper because it's a 250. The 350 will surely cost more to insure, though I doubt the difference would be $173.

My g/f's '08 350 is due for renewal in October; I'll see if her bill has arrived yet...
