With your LFA Replica, does it come with the center caps? If so, can you post pictures.
Thanks in advance, its look really nice.

thanks man here is a pic of the center caps that came with it. the L symbol is a little bit smaller than oem, and the circle is mor round, not oval it doesnt look bad but these are just my winter set anyways. had to ride on these til my rohanas arrive. you can also view more pics at the link in my signature. BTW i bought these from Kris Becker owner on gotoracing and a trustworthy vendor here on CL. he hooked me up with a great deal including tpms & tires. heres the link as well contact him.

Question....

Vehicle:
08 is250 awd

Suspension and Wheels:
Stock

Want to keep factory 17's because I just like them
Next month H&R springs

Want to keep the stock 225/45-17 tires on the front and add 15mm spacers.
Thinking 255/40-17 on the rear with 15mm spacers as well.

Now I'm familiar with the 30/70 split and percentage for a staggered fit.
The 255/40 is the exact same height, and by sheer luck the identical rotations per mile as the 225/45.

So...
Will the 255's work on the factory rear wheels with the aforementioned setup?

Yes I know "just get bigger wheels", but I like the factory wheels.

Thanks freaks

Jack

Google 255/40 on a what 17x8 or 17x7. whatever stock is and see. It might look kinda funky. Oh and if you got with a 15mm spacer you will need extended studs or spacers with studs on them.

Hello All,

First of all, this thread is very informative and I read all 17 pages, great discussion. I am in the same boat, but I have an LS600hL with AWD and unfortunately there is very limited information that I can find about this same topic for my model so I was led to this Mother Thread which is giving me some hope. Can you all maybe help me out with these questions? I know I don't have an IS, but hoping for some CL neighborly love here lol..

1. Is the AWD system of the LS460/600 the same as the IS and GS? My understanding on the LS is that it is a 40/60 split..is that common across Lexus AWD vehicles

2. I did a test fit of my Vossen CV1s I had from my previous LS460 and drove for about 250 miles around town. No warnings or anything. My sizes 22x9 / 22x 10.5 and tires are 245/30/22 front and 295/25/22 rear. OD is exactly the same. Would it take a long time for a warning to typically appear if the AWD system didn't like something?

3. My thought is to beef up the front tires to a 255/30 because it has a better load rating to hold up the 600hL weight, but that would put me at about .08" difference in overall diameter..or would that be .04" as it relates to difference on the road? (difference between top of tire and bottom of tire)

Here is what my staggered setup looks like, hopefully I can keep running it:

it kind of looks like your rear wheel is more tucked than the front wheel... is it because of the drop? or am i seeing things...
