Looks like a total loss. Glad you are OK though. That seems like a seriously accident. You should go to the chiropractor for sure.

possibly total loss, that damage is not small.

Thanks guys for the words. Yeah the seats broke down the middle from when the truck hit me. My back is sore but not bad :/

Both fronts seat broke down middle on a rear ender without any cabin intrusion? Yowza!

Dude, sorry about the car, but glad you are ok! Since the other guys insurance is going to be paying for damages, see a chiropractor and see if you can get some treatment/massages out of the deal too. Hope you and your car have a speedy recovery!

wow! thats scary! dude if your seat broke...then u better go get ur back checked out.

with how much the rear end was pushed in, i wouldnt be suprised if there wasnt some frame damage...and thats gonna be pricey!

i understand the other guys insurance will be covering everything, but dont your insurance goes up a bit?

I'm glad everyone is ok! In regards to total car, honestly, I don't think the insurance will claim it as total. It is still cheaper for them to repair a new car vs. handing you a check to get another IS250. So if the car is going to body shop, just find the BEST shop in your area.

Sorry to hear about your loss. Damage looks significant enough for a "total loss" Can't really tell if the frame is bent or damaged as well. Glad to hear that you, your passanger, and the other driver were not seriously injured. Keep us posted on the end results.
