It's not a problem with your ballasts. The problems is that the D4 bulbs you are installing are throwing an error code with your OEM ballast. We went though this issue a while ago however have since rectified that problem by "tweaking" the bulb.

We carry D4 bulbs in 6000k & 8000k:

what kind of bulbs were these anyways? that will give us heads up not to purchase them ;-p

i don't know what the bulbs I had were but he did give me another set of "Supervision D4S HID" - beware of this brand if you are replacing the OEM HID bulbs!!

Followup: put in the Xenon Depot bulbs (didn't get a chance to do it last night since UPS came at 7pm and it was hot lol)...guess what, NO FLICKERING during warmup...that was all i asked for! Did a short 10 min burn in test...lights stay on. Bulbs are a perfect match with my parking lights! Will take pics and do more tests tonight! w00000t!!!
