Roof Spoiler, Too much or Just right??

i had one... once.
i thought it looked ok.
but then i was walking back to my car one day, and i noticed it looked different, in a good way
few minutes later i noticed my roof spoiler was gone someone stole it
but it made me realize that my IS looks way better without it

Sorry to bring this back, but it seem all these people are getting their roof stolen easily in CA. Now I'm not too sure about putting mine on.
And the roof spoiler only look nice if you have a rear spoiler. It has a stealth look to it.

I just ordered one cuz I am getting bored.. since I have an 06 without the sharkfin I'm thinking it's going to look pretty nice without being too busy. I can imagine someone making fun of me having two spoilers though. lol but whatever.
Strange comments about all the stolen roof spoilers though. Who'd do that except other IS250/350 owners since the fit would be wrong on other cars. Are there THAT many disrespectful punks driving our cars nowadays?

i have one on my black 350. I think it looks really cool if ur going for a more rally/aggressive look on ur car as opposed to like VIP or whatever. My good friend who drives a heavily modded 335i said it completely changed the look of the car and that it was awesome. I think its really cool having the sort of multi-dimensional thing going with the trunk spoiler and the sun roof tilted haha. its just really aggressive and sporty looking. Wouldn't say its the smoothest mod.

From rear angles it looks cool.
Also takes away some of the cleanness of the overall look of the car.

I cant tell by the pictures, and Ive asked this before but nobody responded, if you have a color other than black, do you get it painted to match the car?? I have smokey granite Mica, and I can never tell in all the pics posted if its black or SGM?
