Default my sits about half an inch lower after "highering", is that normal guys?

i put some f-sport springs on my car last month, but i couldn't stand the clunking noise and the most important thing is the bad ride quality that the f-sport gave. i took them off in 2 days. since i drive the car only once or twice each week (got a company car), after 3 weeks i noticed that my car sits about half an inch lower than the first day i went back to stock, is that normal guys? since the f-sports are only on my car for 2 days do i still need to do an aliment now? pls help me out guys!

Alignment won't fix car being lower. Might be worn shocks?

Shocks in this instance have absolutely nothing to do with ride height.

were the bushings reset to neutral for each spring swap? If not that lowering after a few days was the bushings (and not in a good way)
