Well I figure since the program ended just over 3 years last month, there was no point in not disclosing the details (the ones I can remember any way) on these things.
Team Lexus IS350 TT
- 8 Point roll cage
- Full enclosed carbon fiber subfloor
- Air jacks
- Full carbon fiber body panels
- 6" wide body kit
- 6 front splitter/tested up to 500lbs of downforce (2 fat guys stood on it and it didn't break)
- Lexan windows
- Ported exhaust
- Engine was relocated 10" back into the cabin
- V-Mount/water cooled
- Converted to Hewland trans-axels
- Cyprium racing harness
- StopTech 6pt BBK in the front
- StopTech 4pt BBK in the rear
- JRZ coilovers
- Road Magnet Springs
- Rear mounted alternator (fixed to trans-axel)
There's a boat load I'm not remembering at the moment, especially on the motors.

More pics to come later. Please don't fluid my PM box with messages.

There is the "official" statement that I made to CL and racing communities, and there's what actually happened. The "official" version is in part true, but leaves out A LOT of details most of which I won't get into. I'll just say that someone put themselves ahead of the team, and with the swift stroke of a pen Lexus snuffed us out. I don't blame them at all. Thats all I have to say about it.

No they didn't The shells were purchased by a team that runs in Speed Wordl Challenge. They are now blue, the bodies have been completely reworked according to the specs of the serious. Other than the hood and the cage, the cars don't resemble the pic above at all.
