Default TPMS warning went away :\

Ok so I have an aftermarket set of wheels, Ive had them on for a few weeks now and the TPMS light came on shortly after installing them (expected since I read about it in advance). What was unexpected was what happened today, I was driving and out of nowhere the warning went away. I dont know if it was off before I went to walmart or if it happened after I left but I do know that it was definitely on yesterday because it annoyed me lastnight. I think i'm still going to order the adapters just to be safe but as for this, im confused. I drove about 220 miles total today and nothing, the light is still off. I have my stock wheels at a friends house so I know that they're not resetting the system.
Searched and read more TPMS threads and couldnt find similar issues.

Bitter-sweet. yet

Check tire pressure... I'm pretty sure not all of them are the same. TMPS lets you know that there was a change in tire pressure then for some reason I suppose that particular tire TMPS calibrates itself to that pressure until the pressure drops again then the warning light would go on again. It could be for the same tire or one of the others.

But I dont have any sensors in this aftermarket setup. The stock sensors are still in my stock wheels which are at my friends house 10 miles away. The warning had been on since day 1 shortly after the install as I mentioned. I like the fact that its gone now and the dash is back to normal but knowing why would be good lol.

Oh, I thought you transfered the sensors to your wheels and now getting that... Well, I suppose the module is still trying to read the sensors which were not there and throwing the code.. I have this module too on my truck and I also have a button inside to turn on/off... well to turn the beeping sound off at least because when the light goes on, it'll beep for like 10secs.

Yeah, you shouldn't worry about it then but check your user manual if you can turn it off or just disable it.

Fluctuations in temperature may set off the TPMS sensor. I've learned just to ignore the light whenever it comes on, it typically goes away when you drive a bit on a very cold day.

same my car too, I have 07 is350, I transfer the tpms to my aftermarket wheels, and my stock wheels doesn't have tpms anymore. in the winter I put the stock wheels without tpms on the car, first 50 miles the light didn't come on, and after 50 miles it come back on, and I drive for another 50 miles the light totally turn off ever since, I think the tpms just want to warn in 50 miles range to tell the driver need to fill air in the tire's, but after that computer don't want to warn anymore, and the light didn't come back for the whole winter i was driving the car.
