Default Aftermarket fog light HID's help. They stopped working??

Well after 5 months, the 6000k HID's I installed in the fog lights stopped working. Is there anything I should check before I take the car to the shop? Any fuses? Wires? Connections?

Thanks.

Did they both simultaneously stop working? If so, your power source may be loosened (especially if both are hooked up via a single relay to your battery). Check the connection of the relay to the battery. Make sure it's tight. It is highly unlikely that both bulbs would go out at the same time.

If one of them works, and the other doesn't, also check connections but consider it possibly being a bulb issue.

let me ask you a question, did you properly zip tie and seal the ballast and HID connection? if not moisture might have messed up the ballast, connection, or hopefully not both of them lol

if both went out at the same time, try checking the fuses.

well all the possibilities have been filtered out so yea he is right check the fuses, sometimes the power draw from the initial start-up of the HID might have blew the fuse out
