OBD2 plug in?

Hey guys looking to plug in my OBD2 scanner I just got from INNOVA but I cant seem to find where it plugs in at can anyone tell me? I would just keep looking more but I have a broken leg right now so I cant crawl around looking for where it is so all I am doing is feeling around with my hand to try and find it.

under the steering wheel all the way by the pedals to the left a tad bit. its under a panel but easy to pop out
