Default clunking sound...

So this morning I decided to get my brakepad, rotors, tanabe springs installed at A&I Diagnostics in Flushing, NY. Great place and very fairly priced. Everything went smoothly..got the car back in about 4 hours or so . On the way home, I started hearing this clunking sound coming from the wheels. It comes and goes and Im still unclear rather its coming from the rear or the front. The sound goes faster and faster as I accelerate. I think it happens more often when I turn. Not sure what it is , could it be the wheel bearing? mine's a 06 is350 , kinda hard to believe the bearing is wearing out already. or maybe they installed the rotors wrong? I cant even go back tomorrow , since its sunday.. and I got prior engagement next weekend. so I gotta wait 2weeks before I can even bring it back. Think its safe to drive in the meantime? at least Im happy about the springs..its lowered just right!
