Got into an accident(rear bumper came off)

Good to hear that your car is repaired...
I had a similar prob with my car due to an accident last year. It cost over $10,000, all paid by insurance! The main difference between your accident and mine was that I was hit with a Jeep Cherokee, while I was standing still. The Jeep hit higher up, so my trunk was toast and I had to have my rear glass repaired. I had to go back to the repair shop several times to have the trunk repaired, along with the radio (as reception was poor), and I found some other small stuff that needed fixing...
I dont even wanna get into the injury details, as they were a pain in the a**...

The only thing I noticed is my trunk feels a bit heavier. It doesn't seem to "stick" until I open it a little more than half way. Also it feels like there is something pushing it down a bit(by not much), when I get to that middle point. Kind of like there is resistance from the hydraulics. It's not bad, maybe I just forgot how my car's trunk works. It's been a month. I need to go check some new IS trunks to make sure.
p.s.: I think it's all just in my head. Used the trunk today and it seemed just fine.

The part that makes me mad is that my radio has poor reception, even after changing the rear glass...
But...it is what it is!
