Full synthetic is best but if you change your oil every 5K miles, it doesn’t matter. You can safely change your oil every 10K miles if you use the full synthetic.

I use 0w-30 also but any of the recommended weights will work fine. Any of the following 0w/5w/10w-20/30.

I just changed my oil out to AMSOIL 0w-30 and will change next at 24,000 miles or 1 year. Love their stuff, it is 100 percent synthetic and Mobil 1 is a blend. Full Synthetic means it is a blend, 100% means it is 100%.

I would suggest sending an oil sample out to Blackstone at approx 12K miles to see how much more safe life is left in the oil. 24K is questionable.

just change it every 5000 miles with whatever's cheap (most cheap places use pennzoil). All it is, is lubrication, and if you change if often, it doesn't matter what you put in (unless you tow stuff or race the engine constantly).

to answer your question directly, just use the clean 5000 if those are your only choices.

you can usually get an oil change for $20 with a coupon at ntb, carx, midas, pepboys, etc. That's definitely cheaper than doing it yourself.
