Default Can I lock the doors without using the key FOB?

So, I know about touching the inside of the door handle feature to open the doors. Is there another touch feature to lock the doors or do I have to use the key FOB to lock the doors?

Thanks.

Yes, you need the key fob near you (in your pocket/etc) to lock/unlock the car.

Besides pressing the button(s), you can also do it the manual way by removing the key from the fob unit, removing the lock cap behind the handle, and simply turning the lock like most conventional units.

Its another alternative if your fob stops functioning for whatever reason.

if you leaves the key FOB inside the car and press the lock button on the door handle, will it lock still?

Well, technically since the key fob's still in the vicinity, I image it would unlock the car again as soon as you pulled the handle.

Nope, it won't lock or unlock. At least, not when you leave one in the center console and have the other one on hand.

My friend's mom left one key fob in the center console, gave her the other key. Touching the handle or trying to lock the car using the handle did nothing.

yea it locks all doors, and you can go to the dealer and change settings so when you touch the driver's handle it unlocks all the doors, instead of just touching the passengers side to unlock all the doors.

also if the key fob is inside the car it won't lock at all. i've done it by accident while detailing my car (i just OCD lock my car all the time) it beeped at me really loud when i tried to lock it and didn't lock
