I bought aftermarket rims and tires as my winters but they do not have any tire pressure monitor sensors. I'm about to buy 4 used ones from a guy at a very good price but was wondering if I would require anything in addition and how much I should expect the dealership to charge me to put them in.

You might have to get aftermarket lug nuts too if I recall. You will pay alt more if you take it too a dealer. Take it to a good tire place. They just have to replace the seals on the sensors. Do a search for pipe bomb on this forum if you don't want to install the sensors
