does anyone know where i can find a positive wire that is live when car is turned off?

yes, it is a thick white wire on the becu located on the drivers side just behind the knee bolster. if you take off the plastics under the steering wheel you will see it. but do not tap onto that wire for an amplifier! just for the alarm/remote start or electronics that do not pull high current or amps.
