Default Help.. Tire dillema

I got a bubble on my side wall od my rear tires and im freaking out

My tires are Michlen PS2's
275/30/19.

In all of the UAE, they ran out of PS2's in those sizes. I found one piece in another emirate that they will be bringing for me tomorow.

If they do that, they dont know when the next shipment arrives, so ill b driving on 3 baldish tires and 1 fresh one.

Another option is to get the rears in 275 / 35 / 19.
Would this work ? My fronts currently are 245 / 35 / 19

I know there is mad info on this site, but i need the info ASAP, ill b searching but would appreciate feedback in real time as well
so please help

Oh and the reason im sticking to PS2 is cause they are better and cheaper than the alternatives

Personally, I would go with one new tire and get the other three when they come in. I have no idea whether the other size is OK or not.

just go to a site with a tire size calculator like 1010tires.com.

if you compare the size you want with the original 18" tires, it's a 2.04% diameter difference. Which means when you're going 60mph, your speedometer will read 58.7mph. So, you'll rack up less miles on your odometer when you really traveled further. With your current setup, the opposite is true. It's really up to you if you care about the difference in diameter, and the look of it. as to whether or not you can physically do it, as long as it fits on the wheel it's fine.

on another note, why do you need ps2's? do you take your car on the track? if not, get some cheaper tires (and apparently more readily available)

+1, running ps2's if you don't need the performance is a waste of money

The 275/35/19 will work in the rear (it's a half inch taller than your stock 18" rear tire), as long as your wheel offsets are not too aggressive.

If you go with 35 profile, you should be fine. I used to have 275/35/19 PS2. Keep in mind that the PS2 are much beefier than most of the tires. It might look much bigger than the 275/30.

where u fronts 35 profiles as well? The plus of the 35 in the rear will be a better lookin stance, but as u said the PS2s are already beefy tires as is, so im worried 35s will look off. Will it throw off the handeling?

Not the RE050 becuase it is a short life tire.
If you don't mind to run on good but short life tires, try Bridgetstone's RE11. There is a BIG difference.

PS2 is not as good as RE11, but still it is already the best from Michelin.

I am a tire guy works in a shop...

I got the PS2, I couldnt wait any longer, too risky.
