My Dealer Is Terrible...What can I do?

The dealer places the special order. It is input into a website and sent off to CA before going to Japan. The printout I have is from that website with the production month and ETA to dealer on it. I asked them to give me something tangible to show the order was placed last month when I was there for service.

If it's any consolation, I'm two months in to my special order and looking at maybe another two. Hang in there, it's worth the wait.
