After reading from your other thread, here are some suggestions for you car:
-I see you are unwilling to part with the white grill, alright, but paint the lower grill black again and make the background of the "L" emblem on the upper grill black.
-Add some CONTRAST to your car, as in stop putting more white on it. Too much white/chrome will make your car look like a shiny snowball.
-Just because you got it for free or cheap doesn't mean it's always worth it. There are a reason why some of the best stuff is so expensive... and the cheap stuff is so inexpensive (this rule has some contradictions, like, replacing DRLs, Parking Lights, ect. are inexpensive but look good).
-Research here on Club Lexus. You seem to be wanting a VIP ("Luxury") inspired taste (from your thread title, "elegents"... PS - it's spelled ELEGANCE... unless you're making up a combined word like... elegant gentlemen), but you might have not just found your right look yet. Some people change their car over and over. We have a VIP section. Look at other people's cars and get a hint of what you like.
-Do not put those mufflers on. For Lexus sake, buy an exhaust. Find a lip that will COMPLIMENT a quad muffler if you are looking for that instead of going in and playing around with your BUMPER.
That's all I can think of now... but take your time, research, and be inspired by others.

What are you doing in terms of a drop? Coilovers or springs? RESEARCH on the suspension forum on people's thoughts and opinions on coilovers and springs they have. There are a wealth of people on here that have their 2IS's that are dropped of all heights... so you'll find something you'll like.

IMHO, the white grills makes the car look really cheap.. If you really want to keep it than lose the blue lights cause it makes it look ricey..
What kind of rims do you have? Before doing anything else get a nice set of wheels with a drop. Add a full GFX kit or something to make it look complete and clean..
FINALLY, don't debadge your IS250 like that because people will think your just a 350 wannabe (assuming you don't have a 350) JUST my opinion though.
