Hi everyone,
Does anyone have a .pdf or link to the subject TSIB? I searched everywhere for this, and it's not available here, lexustsb.com, or anywhere else as far as I can tell.
My friendly neighborhood Lexus dealer performed this TSIB last week to address a bad rattle from the instrument cluster area.
Thanks in advance to anyone that can help!

Hey,
Not sure where exactly it is, but you can find it at www.techinfo.toyota.com. You can use my login, just please dont abuse, had to pay big money for it! also, you can print whatever pdfs you want, and if you dont have a printer, go to http://www.broadgun.com/genp/download.shtml and download broadgun pdf machine. It "prints" pdfs to your hard drive, basically just saves it as a pdf, since toyotas site wont let you save, only print.

Hey Guys, New guy here, just bought an 07 IS350 starfire pearl. The temperatures finally got into the upper 40's today and now I hear this rattling from the center of my dash. My question is, what exactly is a TSB? Are dealers required to perform them under warranty, kind of like a recall? Do I mention this TSB when I call Lexus about the rattling? Thanks in advance!
