I believe the flyaudio unit is running on WinCE 5. Does anyone know if there's an internet browser (IE) installed and have tried to connect to wifi with a wifi usb stick?

It maybe possible. Is it practical? Each to his own.

I'd like to be able to receive email (Outlook?) through this unit so I'd be interested in whether anyone has tried to connect to the internet through Bluetooth or the USB port. Also, does anyone know how much RAM the latest unit has? I tried looking on the flyaudio web site for any hardware specifications without any luck except for the basic specs. Thanks

There is no software for Internet built into the system. I am sure the system is "capable" of it, but FlyAudio didn't design software for it within the system. If you can hook your laptop up via RCA cables then you can probably use the screen of the FlyAudio to display what's on your computer. However, you'd need to find an Internet connection for your vehicle. They have wifi for your car or wireless USB adaptors for your laptop. I am not sure what the RAM specifications are on the current model. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Thanks!

Mat

Thanks very much for the info Mat. I thought that maybe you could exit the FlyAudio program and return into WinCE to run other programs.

I am interested in purchasing an aftermarket GPS for my '09 ES350, but am skeptical after reading the negative posts on the FlyAudio unit. Has anything changed recently? Any recommendations? Thanks!

I've been having trouble with my Blu tooth. If it's on, then I can't hear Pandora internet radio. If blu Tooth is off, I can listen to Pandora. Any ideas?

Does anyone know if you can connect a gaming console and play it through the flyaudio screen? If so how do you do it?
