Has anyone experienced a problem with their dirver's seat shifting and clickng when turning and/or braking. Mine has been doing this since I bought it...75k miles ago. My dealer could not recreate the problem during short test drives and refused to drive the car for any length of time. The seat does not move when shaken by hand or when I shift my butt. After numerous complaints to the dealer and being talked to like I was crazy, they agreed to replace my seat, but it has not solved the problem. There is either something else wrong or they never actually replaced the seat...

Many people have had squeaking from their seats, which was addressed in a TSB (NV001-06). If you're experiencing an actual shift of the seat, then the bolts need to be tightened or something more serious is wrong. Your seat motors would have to be pretty stripped to allow play - does the seat move smoothly when you use the fore/aft adjustments, etc? If you shift in your seat when adjusting it, is there any play then?
Also, are you sure that the click/shift isn't the lumbar giving a bit under hard pressure? Back the lumbar adjustment down to where you can't feel it, and try it again. Just a thought.
If they replaced the seat (and presumably the seat cover along with it), I would expect you would notice that the leather is new.
