Default DRL & Parking Lights

Hey guys, this is my first post and I was wondering which light is the one that is always on and what i should buy to make them blueish white?
and sorry for rotated pictures, it was from my iphone

With my high beams on

My DRL overpowering my Parking light,

it's actually more yellow than that but i just wanted to know how I can make these lights more blueish white kinda like this one

and this is just my low beam on with the parking light, and I also wanted to know what I should do to make the parking light stronger. More watts?
