If I were you keep searching around and reading up on what people do for AWD so you don't get stuck with a set of wheels you're going to hate.

I dont really know the offset yet lol I would have to ask the owner, no I am not planning to lower my car maybe on the long run

They'll fit but the front tire will rub you'll need a 235 or 225. 255 in the rear is fine.

The bolt pattern needs to be 5x114.3.
Your stock wheels on the AWD are 18x8. Staggering on AWD isn't the best idea, but I guess some members have had good luck with it.
A good, safe wheel size would be 19x8.5 on all 4 corners. Not sure on the offset needed for that though.
Really, though, your wheels and tires are what is keeping your car on the road - spend the money to buy something quality.

trust me you dont wanna run 20's cause the AWD sit higher than the RWD and with them on it looks like a 4x4 if not dropped 19's are a better ride
