You'd go to your dealer and ask him to do it. Be prepared to pay him, decent chance he'll charge ya.

Well I believe you can program it if you have 1 other fob which I do have. Thats what it says on Sewells site. Maybe theres instructions on here somewhere

1 more thing though, where do I get a blank key that slides into that card? Sewell doesnt include it. I guess I could just get that from my local dealer, its probably an inexpensive part.

the blank key is 60 bucks and you wont even be able to cut it since your car is an 07.

Why cant I cut that key to use in my car?

because ur car has a double side cut key and the smart card key has only one side cut, even if u did get that one side cut it still wont work.
