Default Awd + 16 inches of snow = boss (PICS)

So I have always had FWD cars and never felt confident driving in the snow. This is the main reason I got the 250 AWD. Living in South eastern PA today was right in the middle of the blizzard. This morning at 9am we had around 8 inches of snow and tonight we have around 16 inches. Not bad for 24 hours!

The card performed awesome in the snow! Very impressive to say the least.

Here are some pics once we got it home from some fun in the snow!

AWD used like it should be - nice! We got almost 20" down in NoVA - my car is going to be in the garage for awhile.

Scion performs like poop in the snow.. I would know cause I had one highly modified with kaminari kit lol. You can't go up on small hills and if you try, you would get stuck and stop traffic.

OP, make sure you clean out all the now in between your rim spoke's. If not you will get vibration at higher speeds. AWD + SNOW + WINTER TIRES =

I live in PA and also had 13+inches of snow.
I have 350 with perf tires and It took me 20min to drive back on to my own driveway.
lol

even my previous 07 scion tc was able to drive & drift in the snow....

Just remember the lowfront end before going through snow banks.

Love mine in the snow as well.

I was going to take mine out for some fun, but then I had doubts of it making back up an unplowed driveway

And now time for the shoveling, what a pain lol

Thanks for all the replies! Yes it was fun! I still have the stock Bridgestones on it, my car only has 19K miles so they are still in great condition. The scion is my old car that I am trying to sell, so it didn't move. It doesn't much. It's too hard to get out of the Lex and back into that piece haha.

As you can see the driveway had not been plowed yet, and that was the only thing that gave us a little trouble. Just had to get some momentum and it went right up.

Hm my car couldn't climb over my 15" driveway. Got stuck repeatedly and traction control kept kicking in. Does snow mode help? I never used it, but after i got out, i drove around my block like a champ, easily getting through roads that i saw a lot of other sedans backing out of.
