First, look around for a button on your keyboard labeled "Caps Lock" and press it before replying again... thanks!

Second- if you bought this car to make it significantly faster you bought the wrong car. See if your state allows for a 3 day return period or something and get an IS350 instead. That'll make the car a LOT faster for a couple thousand bucks, tops. Way way way way faster than you can make your 250 AWD without dropping probably $10000+ into it and likely still be a decent bit slower.

I like how your nickname is intellect, yet your questions are pretty much all answered in the third thread on the 2IS index, which clearly states "FAQ" & "New members please start here" in capital letters.

Hey Intellect!

I too have an awd, and love it. Yes, the 250 awd isn't "fast" but it is a wonderful ride all the same and you would undoubtedly enjoy your time with it. For mods, as mentioned are limited. First things first lower it. I prefer the Tein springs myself, and for about 250 bucks its a great start to improved looks and handling. Next hit up a wheel shop. YOu won't be able to have a staggered setup but there are a ton of options out there that are just as cool looking on the car. Next if you can't go fast, sound fast: snag yourself an exhaust and intake. That, quite literally, are about the only major mods you will be able to do to the 250awd.

Take this and brows the crap out of this forum there are so many cool rides on here, and waaaay too much info. Good Luck!

im not sure if you notice Maxx but you can have a staggered setup on the AWD version, do a search and you will find some AWD with stagger wheels.

Intellect welcome to CL. Maxx pretty summed up everything. the video with ipod you can get from vaistech, check out the vendor group buy section for more info and price. As for watching movies from dvds, im not sure if you have the mark levinson system in your car, which would be rare or one of a kind. if you don't, which is likely the case, you have 2 options, get an aftermarket system and install it or buy the audio/video tool and hook it up to an external dvd drive

PS don't forget to post pictures up.
