Default Aux port TSIB + nav hack

Has anyone had the aux port noise tsib done after they did the nav hack? I'm wondering if they'll see my cut wires and void my nav warranty.

If they see the cut wires and the mods, I think it's pretty certain they'll say "No Way"!

Yea that's what i figured so I'm wondering if they remove the head unit to perform the aux port tsib. They would only see cut wires if they opened the dash up.

I had my TSIB done while I waited. I believe they only remove the console. I think the fix is to add a capacitance filter or shield ground between the AUX connector and its cable back by the storage bin. I'm not 100% sure on that, though.

No, sorry. I did not do the nav hack. I was just trying to say I don't think they go into the head unit area when they work. I think they just remove the console.
