He has a clear bra... I had one before and I ended up having to remove it because of all the damage to it. And those things aren't cheap. Neither is repainting a front bumper which he might have to do if he doesn't protect his front bumper from a long road trip where there are worse rock chip possibilities than in daily driving.

Renting a car would be easier IMO.

lol renting a car to drive to vegas is nothing close to being easier. i'd have to purchase insurance + pay for the mileage. i'd much rather spend that money on food drinks and the strip club.

and its a damn expensive car. don't tell me you don't get sad when you see a new dent or scratch on your car? i'd much rather avoid anything rocks or repeated sand abuse on my front bumper with ugly blue tape.

I think the masking tape effect could become a new trend, lol.

call me balzy but I just came back from Vegas, unprotected baby...my car that is. ****, now that I look at it makes me wish I did this. Oh well, too late. I could always repaint it.

I wonder what kind of attention I'd get rolling up in Pallazo Valet all taped up... HAHAH LOL.

Do they have black painters tape? That would go well on a dark car.

renting a car is like 20 bucks a day...and you don thave to buy insurance. only stupid people do who dont realize that one, their credit card provides free insurance on rental cars, and 2 your own car insurance covers it as well.

I don't get it either. You're much more likely to get a rock chip driving to work every day than taking a long trip. And the whole objective is to keep your paint looking nice, but in order to do that you have to make your car look like crap. No one is even going to see a rock chip unless they're 2 feet away. But with tape your car will look terrible from 200 yards away. Just doesn't make sense to me.
